Remington Core-Lokt 6.5 Creedmoor hunting ammo delivers controlled expansion and deep penetration across whitetail, mule deer, and hog-sized game. The 140-grain jacketed soft point launches at 2700 feet per second with 2266 foot-pounds of energy, carrying a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.384 for flat trajectory out to 300 yards. Core-Lokt has filled more tags since 1939 than any other controlled-expansion design — the tapered copper jacket mechanically locks to the lead core, limiting fragmentation and preserving weight through bone and tissue.
