When you need 300 Blackout subsonic ammo that groups tight and cycles clean through suppressed barrels, the Nosler Match Grade 220-grain Custom Competition load delivers. This is match-grade ammunition engineered for precision: each 220-grain jacketed hollow point leaves the muzzle at 1020 fps, carrying 508 foot-pounds of energy while remaining well below the sound barrier. The 0.69 ballistic coefficient and 0.331 sectional density translate to stable flight and predictable drop, critical for long subsonic engagements. Nosler builds this load on once-fired brass with chamfered case mouths, deburred flash holes, and trimmed-to-length consistency — the foundation for sub-MOA performance at 100 yards and beyond.
Built for the Box
The Custom Competition bullet at the heart of this cartridge uses a highly concentric copper jacket and ultra-precise lead alloy core. Each projectile passes hand inspection before loading, ensuring uniformity in both weight and profile. Nosler weight-sorts the powder charges to eliminate velocity variation shot-to-shot, and the non-corrosive Boxer primers ignite consistently across temperature swings. Reloadable brass means you can resize, reload, and return to the range — a cost-saver for high-volume shooters chasing tight groups.
