Magtech has produced ammunition since 1926, maintaining vertical integration across primer, powder, projectile, and case production. The 55-grain full metal jacket projectile seated in this load is a boat-tail design with a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.272 — suitable for zeroing at 50 or 100 yards and consistent performance inside 300 meters. The brass case is drawn from new material, carries a non-corrosive boxer primer, and accepts standard large-rifle primers during reloading. Case mouths are crimped to military specification, ensuring consistent chambering in semi-automatic platforms.
